Assessment notices have been mailed to property owners that had a change in their assessment. The new values are for assessment year 2010.

The 2010 assessed values will be used for taxes payable in September 2011 & March 2012.

The 2009 assessed values will be used for taxes payable in September 2010 & March 2011.

A multitude of real estate information is now available from www.cedarcounty.org, including information from the Auditor, the Recorder & the Treasurer. Click on "Real Estate" on the left side of the screen to take you to the search options. The link is: http//:www.cedarcounty.org

If you are having difficulty finding a parcel via the address search, please try entering the house number OR the street name. This will result in more possible matches.

Search Criteria Help Overview

Select the type of parcel search that you want to do, then click in the field to enter the criteria that you want to search on. You can only search on ONE of the Search Options. Capitalization does not matter in any of the fields. You can select All Parcels or Only Parcels with Photos attached to them. After entering the information in the field, click on the Submit button or press ENTER to start the search. For more specific instructions on each of the search options, click on the next to the Reset button. If you have typed incorrect information, you can click the Reset button to clear the information entered. NOTE: This is a Parcel Search and not a sales search. Please see Residential Sales Search or Commercial Sales Search for these capabilities.
